Training Program Process
We begin with an occupational analysis of the manager position — often performed with the assistance of present managers themselves. Generally, they are better able than anyone else at describing their job.
After determining what the new people need, we see what they have, compared to what they require. Then we design training.
Training Delivery
Our training can use:
- Self directed learning modules,
- A coaching complement by telephone,
- Email and scheduled chat-room communications and,
- Individual or group-based face-to-face sessions over a designated timeframe,
- Supplementary courses in a College or University context.
