Training Delivery

The Learning process uses a combination of:

  • Face-to-face meetings with the trainer, mentor managers,
  • On-the-job observations/feedback,
  • Self directed learning (guided by the trainer),
  • Coaching by telephone, e-mail, Face Time or Skype.
  • Possibly, supplementary courses at a College or University.
